Who We Are:

Matrimony Northwest is dedicated to providing beautiful, meaningful, and personal ceremonies to couples of all backgrounds. We have three wedding officiants: Anthony, Emily, and Henry. Together, we have officiated thousands of weddings in the Pacific Northwest, and are always excited to play a role in the next. We thrive in the dynamic, exciting spaces that weddings produce, and will work with and for you to ensure that your wedding day ceremony is perfect for you.

Anthony

Anthony is kind, caring, funny, and attentive to detail. Anthony has been officiating since his judicial tenure and has given couples meaningful and personalized service and ceremonies professionally as “The Wedding Judge” for 15 years.

Emily

Emily is charismatic, bright, and fun — she makes connections wherever she goes and is a brilliant presence at any event. Emily has officiated across the Northwest, and has left glowing faces wherever she’s gone. She’s a delightful presence at any wedding!

Henry

Henry is kind, funny, compassionate, and professional. Henry appreciates creating welcoming, warm environments, and has an eye for detail. They’re committed to ensuring that weddings are comfortable and meaningful.

Our Services

Personalized Ceremonies

We want you to have the ceremony that you want to have. We offer a broad list of sample ceremonies to couples, which you can choose from and modify freely to fit your wedding. We’re also happy to work with you and write a new ceremony for you if you find our samples aren’t quite what you’re looking for.

Comprehensive Guidance

Don’t know where to start? When you save the date with us, we provide a comprehensive set of steps that walk you all the way from getting your marriage license to where you’re standing on your big day.

Confidentiality

MatrimonyNW was founded by Anthony, a former judge and licensed attorney. Anthony has drafted legislation and testified before the Oregon Legislature to help protect the sensitive information on your marriage license. We take the responsibility of protecting your information seriously.

Flexibility

We’ll meet with you up until your wedding day to help you figure things out. We’ve facilitated marriages in a great variety of locations across a great variety of identities, and are proud to be a part of so many stories! We’re excited to be a part of yours, too.
